Fantastic location, very well kept high standard cottage that had everything we needed. We felt right at home. The view was amazing and the host Mark was very friendly and helpful. Lots to do around the area, with good choice of restaurants and shops. Would love to visit again.

What a great cosy cottage! We had 3 generations staying for the week and it worked well for us. The house is exactly as described, its got everything you would need for a visit whatever the weather. The host was very welcoming, the best I'd had for a self-catering cottage. The area was lovely with the local Trebarwith Strand having a great family beach & a good foodie pub, lots of other places to visit - we managed Rock, Tintagle, Boscastle and Nation Trust Lanhydrock. Would highly recommend this lovely & v stylish cottage with such a perfect view.

We had a wonderful time at Bay View Cottage; the home was well cleaned and a lovely welcome pack was in place for our arrival, which helped us calm down from the 7 hours road trip from hell from London. The view from the cottage is amazing, worth the trip in itself, and with the back room being all glass looking out over the sea its a lovely place to eat meals and spend time as a family. The bedrooms were all clean and well made with good comfortable sized beds. The kitchen is perfect for the cottage, and we had everything we needed for a great holiday base. We were lucky enough to have 3-4 days out of 7 with good sunshine and warmth, and managed to surf on the local beach, swim in the sea, and highly recommend some of the local pubs, particularly the Port William down by the local beach. Tintagel is worth a visit as is Padstowe, both easily reachable by Car. Overall a lovely holiday, thank you very much for letting us stay!

The cottage was incredible. Cozy and welcoming. Both owner Neil and local host Mark were incredibly friendly, communicative, and hospitable (but left us to enjoy our stay!). Great area too. We'll be back for sure if you'll have us, Neil!
